Welcome to the registration site for the Kindergarten - 3 Plus conference at the Embassy Suites in Albuquerque.

School teams are invited to attend an exciting kick-off conference for the Kindergarten-3 Plus program. There will be two key strands.  Registration information will be available online at www.recixnm.org (K-3 Plus).

This conference is a repeat of the instructional practices presented at the Tamaya Resort on April 17 & 18

All Instructional Practices Presented are for Instruction in English
Teacher Teams must register to participate at: www.recixnm.org

Registration is required, but free to K-3 Plus & Bilingual funded Schools Teacher Stipends are available through school district budgets from K-3 Plus and Title III funds.

• Team make-up: K-3 teachers



   
   o Strand 1: K-1 Literacy, K-1 Numeracy…putting theory into practice
   o Strand 2: 2-3 Literacy, 2-3 Numeracy…putting theory into practice
 

• Call Embassy Suites at 505-245-7100 for room reservations at a conference
   rate of $139
• Team Time: School teams will have protected planning time during conference to
   review training content and plan for individual programs
• Registration: Online only and the deadline for registration will be the end of the    
  business day, June 1st, 2008
• College Credit: Eastern New Mexico University, through Region IX Education  
  Cooperative, will be on-site to register individuals for three hours of graduate-level
  hours (individuals responsible for course fee). Course fee will be $75/hour (total of
  $225.00)
